Job Overview:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Account Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. They will manage and grow sales within a designated high-potential growth client by focusing on opening new buying centers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate the value of our solutions through tailored presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage potential clients through referrals, networking, cold calling, and industry events to build a robust pipeline.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough research and client needs analysis to tailor solutions that meet their specific analytics requirements.
- Proof of Concept Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver impactful proof of concepts that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our analytics services.
- Sales Presentations: Set appointments, prepare and present individually or with the Manager, engaging presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and support throughout sales.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to refine our offerings and approach continuously.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in analytics or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building client rapport and trust.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
Work Environment:
- This position is based in an office environment but requires frequent travel to client locations.
